  • HAL-finished circuit boards
    Are there any negative or positive impacts of assembling HAL-coated boards with some parts being tin, only using hand soldering, with very active flux and 63/37 resin core solder?
  • Problem when coating with Parylene C
    For conformal coating, we use a class 3 polyamide board (blind vias) with Parylene C. When the board passes through thermal cycling, a halo appears around the solder joints.
